In a public order, each player withdraws or waits once. Withdrawals use cash first, then liquidate investment at the stated ratio. These allocations remain provisional until the episode closes. The order is drawn anew at the start of each game.

After all decisions, waiters equally share remaining cash plus matured investment. The deposit is not added again as a bonus.
When all assets are exhausted, later seats receive structural zero without invented decisions. If interrupted, the whole episode remains incomplete and its hidden state stays private.
